Learners may only dress at VHS's dressing rooms.

VHS's official swimming caps are compulsory for swimming galas (contact our financial office to purchase the cap at R50 - then bring the slip to 103 to receive the cap). Swimming goggles and nose/earplugs are optional. A towel, sunscreen and water bottle are recommended.

Swimming Gala:

Galas usually have an entrance fee (R30 per swimmer). Galas usually end in the late afternoon (any time between 5pm and 7pm).
